1. Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@blessaandco.co.uk within this period.
2. Returning Items Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. They must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Exceptions The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at info@blessaandco.co.uk. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
