1. Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

2. UK Shipping We offer standard shipping across the United Kingdom for £5.00. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier used.

3. International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping is £20.00. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing, which may cause additional delays.

4. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Blessa & Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
